As I believe the error was in their system, and I know I filled out and submitted the form I am taken aback that they would not take better care of a returning customer. To refuse to take my word on this they are calling my integrity into question as well as providing terrible customer service.

They sent me an email offering 20% off if I put in my order by 2/19. I filled out the form on 2/17. When a couple weeks went by and I didn't hear back I called to see what was up. I was told there was no record of my reservation.

I asked to have the 20% discount honored as I did fill the form out before 2/19. I was told by the woman who answered "probably not, but I will ask." She called back and left a message that they would not honor the 20% discount.
