The boat was clean, the captain was informative and Kevin the first mate was a workhorse! Very friendly with the kiddos and quick to untangle lines! Captain got us right on the fish! We took the 4 hour tour from 1pm to 5pm. Captain was very timely and docked us right at 5. A very good experience, thanks guys, well done!
My family and I took out the 'smaller' Starfish boat for a 6-9 sunset cruise. The boat was clean, Kevin was helpful and pleasant, and the whole booking process was simple. I would highly recommend it!

Had a great time. Although the fish weren't biting the trip was nice. There was a small group. Several kids were not well behaved. The captain got onto them several times. The staff was awesome too.
Overall was a nice family experience. Staff were friendly and informative. Deckhand Kevin did a great job of assisting 30 customers on board with setting up lines, cutting & distributing bait, removing fish and solving issues. As the slip is far from the ocean, the four hour trip includes 37 minutes of beautiful back-bay scenic views each way. Took one hour to get to first fishing spot. After 55 mins of fishing we motored for 20 mins to next spot, fished for 20 mins, motored another 15 mins, fished 10 and then one hour back to dock. So, a lot of time motoring and about 1.5 hours of fishing. Of whole customer base, only 3 legal fish caught. We didn't catch much else which may have explained the moves. If you are looking for a nice family activity with scenic views, nice staff and some fishing too, this is a good choice. For those looking for more fishing, find a charter closer to the inlet which can go further offshore. We used their Groupon which saved us 50% for a group of four which was a great deal.
